Scope of work
Four phases, one monthly number, no separate build fee. Phase 1 is already built and live — the rest of this document is what follows it and what it costs.
One line, unchanged from what Noise already pays. It covers the build and the running of it — there is no separate project fee at the end.
Not a mockup. These are live, built from the 2026 Red River Valley Fair report Noise supplied, and you can open all four right now.
Each one finishes on a test somebody can actually apply, not on a date.
Red River Valley Fair 2026, hand fed. Establishes the format, the return card and the context panel, and settles what a Noise report looks like.
The Whatagraph connection, ticketing ingest, product normalisation, the three report templates, and the editing layer so a person can change any word of it.
Weather, incident detection with a review queue a person clears, the fair benchmark across the client list, and a weekly pulse that goes out on its own.
Talent by market, pricing history, and the pre-agency baseline card — the things currently held in two people's heads at a company trying to grow past them.
Three things, and none of them is a project in itself.
A handful of finished client reports, plus three or four seasons of history on one account so we can see how a story changes year to year.
One account is enough to start. Tested on 9 September: a live connection already returns daily rows, so there is no warehouse to stand up first.
Watching one report get built the current way is worth more than any spec. Everything in Phase 2 is aimed at what that half hour shows.
$2,000 per month, invoiced monthly, Net 14. ACH preferred and free; card accepted with a 3% processing fee.
Passed through at cost with no markup, itemised on the invoice, and never incurred without your agreement.
Reports, copy, client data and the finished output are Noise's. The underlying engine, components and tooling remain the property of Break the Signal and are licensed to Noise for this work, with no limit on how many clients or reports you run through it.
Thirty days' notice either way. Everything already built keeps working, and the reports already sent stay live.
